昨日撮影で泊まったホテルには、大浴場がついていました。温泉がわき出る地域らしく、ちゃんとしたスーパー銭湯なみのお風呂で楽しみました。
そこのお風呂には張り紙がしてありました。
「つばめが巣を作っています。誠に勝手ながら、無事にヒナが飛び立つまで見守りたいと思います。巡回・清掃を強化しますのでご理解お願いします」
素敵じゃないですか？ 泊まったのはDormy Innなので普通のチェーンビジネスホテルだと思っていましたが、ぐっと好感度が上がりました。ここの支配人が自分の裁量でそういう判断をしたとすると、それは風通しの良さげな会社だと思います。小さなことをいちいち上に全てお伺い立てるような会社は伸びないとわたしは思っています。ある程度までは個々に働いている人たちに任せ、自分の判断力を伸ばすのが大事です。
つばめが巣立つ日、無事に来ますように！
The hotel we stayed last night during filming had a spa area. They seem to have real hot springs in the region and I enjoyed the spa very much.
I saw a piece of paper saying;
Swallows made a nest on the wall above the bath. I appreciate your understanding to allow us to have it until baby swallows fly away. We will enforce cleaning.
Isn't it nice? We stayed at a hotel called Dormy Inn, so it's a regular chain business hotel, but my impression on them is so much better now. If the general manager had an autonomy to decide on it, I think they would be a company with some flexibility among employees. I think if only executives try to rule and don't give their employees some room for decision making, the company won't grow. It's important to let people think and decide, in another word, be responsible.
I hope the swallow family can depart from the nest without any trouble!
