今日は雨がずっと降っています。昨日も降っていて、子どものインフルエンザ予防接種には、自転車で行けませんでした。明日も皮膚科に連れていかなければいけないのですが、天候はどうなっているでしょうか。
雨が降ると、ジムも大抵諦めてしまいます。その分家で少し身体を動かすのですが、「場」が大きく影響するわたしは、家では集中できないのが悩みのタネ。長靴履いていけばいいんですけどね。この辺り、まだまだわたしも鍛錬が足りません。
It's been raining all day long. It was raining yesterday so we couldn't cycle to the pediatrics for flu shots that I wanted our children to get. I need to take them to the dermatologist. Wonder how the weather will be.
I usually give up going to the gym when it rains. I work out a bit at home instead, but the location matters to me so I cannot concentrate at home. I could just go if I wear the rain boots. That's something I am not good enough to be strict on myself.
