今はヨーロッパはベルリンからクラスを取ってくれている生徒さんがいます。彼女は日本にも住んだことがあるので、食事のことを話す時は日本食のことも簡単に通じるのでやりやすいですね。
とはいえ、このメソッドは世界のどこででも展開できると思っています。たとえ全く同じ食材が手に入らなくても代替案は必ず見つかるもの。特に世界が近い、こんな時代なら。今後、どのように発展していくかが楽しみ。
My current student lives in Berlin, Europe. She has lived in Japan so knows when I talk about Japanese food so it makes it easy for us.
However, I do believe this method can be implemented everywhere in the world. Even if you cannot get exactly the same things as I might suggest, you should be able to find alternatives. Especially in the times like now where the world is small. I am excited to see how it will develop.
