先日行った仕事は、初の映画用の撮影でした。といっても、ドキュメンタリー映画なので、わたしの行うことはテレビ用と変わらないという話でした。その代わり、カメラマンはテレビよりは長回ししてと言われていました。
今回は、初めて一緒に仕事をした人が２人いました。例えば念には念を入れてたくさん撮影する人や、出たとこ勝負の人などやはり仕事のやり方にはそれぞれクセがあるのですが、２人ともに共通していたのは物腰が穏やかだったということ。とても気持ちよく仕事ができました。
東京の英語で行う制作者の世界は狭いので、またお仕事をお願いする機会もあるだろうと思います。ご縁に感謝。
Filming I did recently was for a movie. It was a cinematic documentary so what I'd need to do was actually the same as documentaries for TV. The cameraman was told to film longer than TV shows, though.
There were two people I worked with for the first time. There are different ways to make a show. Some like to film more and more in case, and some others have a momentum to film in a short time. This time, both in common was they had a soft attitude. I enjoyed working with them!
Production industry in English in Tokyo is small so I am sure we will work together. I appreciate the opportunity.
