Not Mentioning Difficult

I have a dull sense when it comes to using my own body. Although I think of how to use my body correctly because of my physical trainer I trust very much, but since I am not good at feeling my body, it's been slow for me to learn things.

And I often say "ah this is difficult." Every time Keiko sensei tells me not to say that. She tells me to think I can do it.

True, there is power of language. Our brain could be influenced by the words we actually say even unconsciously. I tend to say "difficult" because I feel like I need an excuse not doing something, but I will try not to say it.
