師走です。今年も最後の一ヶ月。なんて速いこと。年々、一年が過ぎるのが速く感じてしまいます。
年末なので事務作業が多めで、仕事をセーブしつつやらないと間に合わないと思っているところ。何が起こるかわからないので、前倒しで計画していかなくては。
今年の振り返りも始めなくてはいけません。到達したいと思ったことができているか？ 今年は目標設定があやふやだった自覚ありで、来年はそこを軌道修正したいです。
It's December. Last month of the year. How fast it feels. The older, the quicker a year feels to go by.
There is more paperwork this month. I need to work on it in addition to regular work. I've kept the pace of work low to finish the paperwork in time.
I need to start looking back how this year went too. Have I achieved my goals? To be honest, my goal setting for the year wasn't so clear. I need to improve that.
