How To Speak

It's important to know how you speak. I saw someone the other day who would start speaking without waiting for the other people to finish talking. She gave me an impression not only she was hasty but also there was no conversation built among them.

I know several professional people who do voice business, and all of them seem really good at listening to others. They receive others' conversation then they talk what they have. So what kind of speaking do I do? I sometimes hear myself speak for my work. What I notice is I give quick responses (e.x. um-hum, right) more than I think I do. If too much, it doesn't sound beautiful. To speak beautifully, it's important to have a variety of knowledge. A Japanese actor/ singer Akihiro Miwa chooses such beautiful words. Knowledge is important. There is so much to learn as living.
