夏休みももう終わり、ということで、今日は家族揃って九十九里浜に行ってきました。
週末は子どもたちも寝坊し、そのあと大人はゆっくりコーヒーを飲んだりブランチを食べてなので、遅い目の出発です。海に着いた時は、すでに１時を回っていました。
でも数時間、波とたわむれるだけでへとへと。午後４時に海から出るという決まりがその浜ではあったので、３時間程度ですが、十分楽しめたと思います。
今日一日でも、結構焼けました。
日がどんどん短くなっていくし、夏も終わってしまうなー。日中はまだまだ暑いけれども。夏の終わりはいつも寂しいですね。

Summer break is almost over. We went to the Kujukurihama Beach today.
Our daughters sleep in on the weekends. We have coffee and a brunch usually. We left home late as usual. It was past 1pm when we got to the beach.
But playing in the waves for a few hours exhausted us. We needed to get out of the water at 4 pm on the beach so we had about three hours but it was a good amount of time, I think.
We got tanned only today.
Days get shorter day by day. The summer is almost over. We still have really hot days during the day, but it always leaves me a sentiment feeling when summer is over.
