先日の発熱から、いまいち調子が戻らないままです。喉はかすかに痛いというか、少し扁桃腺が腫れているなという感じは続いています。
そのためなのでしょう、通常より１度熱が高いのです。といっても３５度台だったのが３６度台になっただけで、平熱と見ています。逆に、これがわたしの平熱としてずっと続けばいいのにとは思っていますが。とにかく体温が低いのがわたしの悩みなので。
それにしても、この１度の熱はなんなのでしょう？ 不思議です。
I haven't been feeling so well since I had a fever last week. My throat is a bit sore, or rather, I feel my tonsils swollen a bit.
Maybe that's why. My body temperature is one degree Celsius higher than usual. My normal body temperature was around 35C (95F) and now it is 36C (97F) so I don't think I have a fever. I actually hope this will stay as my normal body temperature. I really want to raise my body temperature.
I wonder why it's been higher than usual, though.
