先日、髪を切りに行きました。久しく同じような髪型をしていたので、今回は少し伸ばすことを前提に、跳ねまくり対策に毛先にパーマをお願いしました。
わたしの美容師さんとは、もう15年くらいのお付き合いでしょうか。たまたま新規開拓をと思って入った店で担当してくれた彼が独立するまでの数店舗、銀座、日本橋と場所が少し変わるたびにわたしも彼の腕を求めて移動してきました。
子供が生まれた時、徒歩で行ける美容室に少し通ったこともあるのですが、自分の好みを把握してくれ、なおかつ提案をしてくれることがわたしの気に入るというのはそんなにないんですね。波長が合うかどうかも重要になりますね。やはりある程度プライベートな部分をさらけ出す美容をお任せしてもいいと思える人は、そんなに数がいないと思うようになりました。

I got a hair cut the other day. I had had the same hair for a while so I wanted to grow it a bit then got permed since my hair was flipping out of my shoulder.
I think I've been going to my hair stylist for 15 years. I just dropped in one day to try a new hair salon and he happened to cut my hair. Until now, he has worked at a few different places in Ginza or Nihonbashi and I would go anywhere he was.
I actually went to another hair salon where I could go by foot when I had my first child, but realized there weren't many hair stylists who could tell what I like and even make suggestions that I surprisedly like. Chemistry is also important. Cutting hair involves some privacy since beauty treatment is so private. He is the one I think I can expose that.
I have introduced two students of my diet classes. They seem to like him too. Anyone wants to be beautiful. I can introduce him if asked, who has a good heart and is skilful.
