There are some pitches I have. If foreign productions are interested, inquire me!
* Japan's transition as an immigrant country
Long time, Japan was really strict about accepting immigrants. It is reported the number of the foreign Catholic in Japan surpasses the number of the Japanese Catholic in Japan. There is a church in Saitama holding masses in Vietnamese once a month and there are people from Vietnam filled up easily that day.
*Diverse way of working
There are some companies seeking offering diverse way of working to their employees; parents, cancer patients, etc. I read an inspiring story in the newspaper today about a company in Chiba suggesting their employee who became a cancer patient to work one or two hours at a time. They say offering people different ways of working style makes them realize it's fine to have different situations. I really like it while some people still hold on to the idea "sacrifice yourself for your company is mandatory."
