半数がコロナ太り/ Gaining Weight Due To Staying Home

 今朝のニュースで、自宅待機の状況により、57%の人が体重増加というものを読みました。緊急事態宣言が出されてから絶対太りそう、という声はちらほら聞こえていましたが、このように調査での数字が出ると、普段通勤している人はそれなりに歩いたり、不必要に食べ物を口に入れる習慣がない、ということがわかりますね。

 わたしが太っていた時、とにかくお腹が空くのが早かったです。食べ物の内容が悪かったんですね。この一、二ヶ月で体重が増加してしまった人がいるとすれば、まずは太ったことが嫌な気持ちを払拭するために、散歩なり筋トレなりしてみてはいかがでしょう。

 そして、食事では炭水化物を控えてみてください。いろいろと細かい部分はありますが、炭水化物は体に入ると糖になります。わたしは、今レタスが農家さんからたくさん届くので、具をいっぱい入れたサラダを楽しんでいます。水分もたくさん摂って!

Today I saw the news 57% people answering the survey answered they had gained weight during this time. I have heard people say they are gaining weight under the emergency, so it was expected. But actually seeing the figure, commuting is some sort of exercise as well as you don't have to eat unnecessary things at work place.

When I was overweight, I would be hungry very quickly. What I ate was not so good in terms of staying healthy. If you are the one who has gained weight in the last month or two, I recommend you to take a walk or do some physical exercise to wipe off the feeling you don't like yourself.

Try to decrease eating carbohydrates. To be short, carbs turn into sugar once it's inside our body. I have received many lettuces from the farmer lately, so enjoyed salad with a lot of different things. Try to drink much water!
