Today's theme is my painful bunion I cannot ignore. I've been suffering from the pain for some months that comes from the bunion on my big toe.
As my personal trainer pointed out, how I stand and my leg bones are not straight and that's why I have a bunion on my big toe. And I've been trying to fix it as much as possible.
You need to think that toes are not only connected to the tip but to the ankle. So I am trying to open the space between toes as well as to make the arch of the foot. Today while walking, I didn't feel much pain, which hadn't happened in a few months. I hope I am getting better.
