Tokyo governmental election is over. The overall voting rate is 55%. Every time I'm disappointed to see how many people decide not to vote in this country.
I've been there. There were times I didn't bother voting when I was young. I was too busy (that I thought) to collect information about the candidates and wasn't aware I was part of the society.
But if you have a right to vote-- no matter where you live-- let's not waste it by being apathetic. It's about your life. Your future. Your children's future.
