I had a personal training session yesterday. My trainer was saying she would be attending a seminar about how to use iliopsoas muscles, starting from the abs to the thighs. She had been working at a regular gym for a long time, then learned about the program based on myofascial release, which I mainly work on, but she also realized there could be other things to learn in order for her to see her students better. So having always yourself updated is important since each of us changes as time passes.
