How to make a transition of what to eat after you were on a diet for some time is a big question. The answer should be different for each individual. In my case, I am still searching what's the best way to eat in order for me to have the body I want to have.
I've been eating brown rice since it helps move waste through the digestive tract and simply tastes good.
But its rice. When I eat a lot of rice, of course it reflects my weight. While I want to see what brown rice does for my body, I need to see my weight transition. I have a feeling it's definitely great for body so hopefully I can find a way how much and when we can eat brown rice.
