最近教えてもらった、美味しい昆布製品を扱う店のご紹介。墨田区にある、こんぶの岩崎さんです。こんぶ問屋さんだそうですが、一般向けに昆布だけでなく加工品も多く取り扱っていらっしゃって、どうやらご自分たちで作っているものもあるようです。
その中でもわたしのおすすめは、こちら！「長生（ながいき）昆布」です。昆布のおつまみは多々あれど、こちらは薄くスライスした昆布をそのまま重ねていて、とても旨味が強く、危険なほどすすんでしまいます。本当に美味しいのです。アサヒビールさんの本社近くにあります。浅草からもお散歩ついでに行けますね。全国の昆布好きの皆さんには試して欲しい一品です。
I am introducing the shop someone told me recently about. It's Kombu-no-Iwasaki in Sumida Ward. It's a wholesaler but they have a shop we can buy their seaweed and other processed products. There seem to be products they make on their own.
I highly recommend Nagaiki Kombu (longevity kombu seaweed)! There are a variety range of seaweed products, but this one, they slice kombu thinly to make layers of small bites. They have such strong umami and it's almost unstoppable! They are so, so good. They are located near Asahi Beer Headquarters. You can walk from Asakusa. I would love everyone loving seaweed products inside and outside the nation to try!
