今日は8月6日。広島に原爆が投下されてから76年経ちます。8月9日は、長崎の日。76年、実際にその時代を生きていた人がどんどん亡くなり、風化により検証やその思いを引き継ぐのが難しくなってきています。
でも、このようなことが起きてしまったことを忘れてしまってはいけません。今日は特に、あの原爆により亡くなった方たちや今でも苦しんでいる方たちに思いを馳せるべき日、であると考えます。
Today is August 6. It's been 76 years since Hiroshima had the atomic bomb. For Nagasaki, it's August 9. As time passes for the last 76 years, people living that age have passed away. The more difficult, the less people alive.
Still we should not let memories fade away about what happened. Today is especially the day for us to think of the people who died of the atomic bombs and are still suffering now.
