昨日、二度目のワクチンを夫婦で打ってきました。二人とも発熱はせず。わたしは今日は、少しだけ体の節々が痛い部分がありますが軽い痛み。腕は、一度目よりも上がります。
夫は体の痛みもなく、腕は上がりますがそこが少し痛む程度らしいです。今日は体をほぐすかどうか、、、少し思案中。運動は明日のほうがいいのかもしれませんが、とりあえず午後に決めようと思います。
My second vaccination shot was done yesterday with my husband. Neither of us has a fever. I have a bit of sore body today but I can raise my arm better than the first time.
My husband doesn't have a sore feeling. He only has a bit of aching arm but that's it. I wonder if I should go to they gym to stretch. Maybe tomorrow? I will decide later today.
