Medical Collapse

There is news about how the Japan's medical situation faces a crisis. I read two newspapers this morning and both pick up some deaths at home. The government calls it "treatment at home" because most places in Japan now face a crisis and they cannot be taken to hospitals.

Watching this YouTube footage (don't know how long you can see it) that was aired in a morning news show on TV Asahi. A guy with covid who couldn't get up called an ambulance but they left since they couldn't find a hospital for him to go. Then a home visiting doctor was called to treat him, but the guy was in the condition requiring ICU treatment so there wasn't much to be done. The doctor tries to find a hospital and finally when they find one, an ambulance comes. What happens then is the hospital once saying they would take him refused after hearing how serious his condition is. More than three hours has passed and the doctor tells the family he could die any moment. Next day the man was admitted to a hospital, turned out to be dead later. I really want everyone to see the piece. If not a medical collapse, what is it that we have?
