昨日、桔梗がベランダに仲間入りしました。苗を購入したばかりなのでまだ花は咲いていませんが、順調に育てば秋に紫色の花が咲く予定です。
我が家のベランダには花の咲かない植物の方が圧倒的に多いです。夏は葉っぱもたくさん生え、元気な緑を見るのが楽しいですが、秋になると枯れるものもあるし少し色味が欲しいと思い購入しました。まずは今朝ちゃんとした鉢に植え替えをしました。このあと、どのように成長していくかな。
あとは、昨日から朝顔が咲きはじめました。去年の種を植えるのが遅く、今頃の開花ですが、可愛いものです。すくすく育つ植物に、心から癒されています。
I welcomed Chinese Bellflowers at home yesterday. They are just seedlings so there are no flowers yet, but if it goes well, I will see purple flowers in the fall.
There are far more plants without flowers than the one to bloom. In summer, new leaves grow and it's nice to see them thriving, but in fall, some leaves turn red or die for the season so I thought it'd be nice to have some colors for the fall. I just planted them in a proper flower pot this morning. I look forward to seeing them grow.
I've had morning glories blooming since yesterday. It was late to seed them so it's quite late for blooming, but still very pretty. Greens really heal me.
