Nervous And Accustomed

Filling started today. I have a crew I've worked with and met for the first time.

In any project, what I do is the same. A DP films, a sound recordist takes care of audio. My job before filming is research who would be best to talk, and decide with the show and request, and in filming, I watch over. This flow is the same in any projects so I think I am accustomed to it.

I am nervous when I meet profiles or contributors. Basically they are all new people to me. What will they answer to the questions we have? Filming happens only once so we can never fail.

When I watch a show is also another moment. What did it turn out to be? What parts did they use? Everyone's interview isn't necessarily used so finding it out is a tensed moment. I need to contact them with an apology that we couldn't use that part even they spent time with us. Hearing from them also brings a tensed moment.

I think it's good that you have some nervousness when you work even though you are used to the job.
