最近の決まり事として、お豆腐屋さんで豆腐を買った日は、冷蔵庫に入れることなく食べるようにする、というものがあります。
なるべく豆腐はお豆腐屋さんで買うようにしています。それが美味しいからと、個人商店を応援したいという気持ちからですが、ある日冷蔵庫に入れず、購入してすぐに食べた時に、え、今まで美味しいと思っていたこのお店の豆腐がさらに美味しい！と驚いたからです。
これは皆さんに、ぜひ試してもらいたいですね。ふわりとした柔らかさと濃い味は、とっておきのご馳走です。

What I do lately is eat tofu from a tofu shop without putting it in the fridge. So I have to eat it quite quickly.
I buy tofu from an individual tofu shop as much as possible because their tofu tastes better and I'd like to support those little shops. So they are already tasty, but one day, I tried tofu right away without giving it some time to cool in the fridge, and it tasted so much better than the tofu I already thought tasty!
I'd definitely love you to try that. It's soft and has rich, bold flavor of soys. Such luxury.
