昨日AFNを聴いていたら、米軍基地ではブースター接種の情報を伝えていました。日本は来月からという記事を読んだので、これはそんなに時間差がないですね。混合接種は全く問題ない、そして３回目の接種は、先の２回とは違い義務ではないということを伝えていました。混合は夏前から英語のサイトではそういう記事を見ていたので、そうでしょうねという感想。
ドイツはまたコロナが力を増してきているというニュースを聞き、接種率はどれくらいかを夫に聞いたら、60%には達していないと言っていました。反ワクチン派が知り合いにいるそうで、理由は根拠のないネット情報を信じきっているからだそう。対話しようと思ったけど無理だった、と言っていました。
これから冬になり、コロナやインフルエンザの流行が気になります。第六波が来なければいいのですが。
When listening to AFN yesterday, it was reporting about booster shots coming up in the bases. I read an article Japan to start booster shots from December so there isn't much delay. The radio says it's no problem to get a different company's vaccine for the third time. I read about it in English news so understandable. A booster shot also isn't mandatory unlike the initial two vaccines.
Meanwhile, I asked my husband about the percentage of the people vaccinated in Germany since the number of cases is going up, and he said it hasn't reached 60%. He has an acquaintance who is anti-vaccines truly believing in fake online news about it that is baseless. He tried to talk to her but she wouldn't listen.
Winter is coming and there can be covid19 or flu to be aggressive. I really hope we won't have the 6th wave.
