日本で不妊治療への保険適用が話し合われています。とてもいいことだと思います。こんなに少子化、高齢化の国で、子どもを望む人がいるならば補助を出すべき。それが先細りしている国のためにもなるでしょう。税金はこういうところに使わなくっちゃ、と思っています。
今話し合われている内容は、43歳未満で治療開始した人対象ということらしいです。年齢制限、もうちょっと上でもいいような気がしますが。逆にしっかりと周知すれば、治療をしようか悩んでいる人は43歳までに決断することになりますかね。
事実婚の人も対象、これはいいですね。選択的夫婦別姓の法律化にこんな時間がかかる国なので、事実婚を選ぶ人は今後も増えていくでしょうから。家族の在り方がどんどん多様化していく時代なので、柔軟な法整備を願います。
