今年のクリスマスは、教会に行こうと話しています。夫はカトリックの国で育ったので、子どもの時はいつも両親と教会に行っていました。大人になり、神様を信じられたらいいのに信じられないという期間を経て、やはり、心の拠り所としてのキリストを信じられるという気持ちになったそう。
一方わたしはというと、昔から、神のような人間ではない存在はいるだろうと思っていますが、特定の神様には信仰を持っていない人間です。でも、夫が信じる神様と、育った環境というところから教会に行くのはいいと思うので、今日は教会へ行きます。皆さん、メリークリスマス。
We are going to the church this Christmas. My husband grew up in the Catholic country and he would go to the church with his family regularly. There was some time he couldn't have his belief in Christianity but now has the belief back.
On the other hand, I've thought there should be something beyond or above humans but don't have a belief in a particular religion. I agreed with my husband to go to the church today because someone I love believes it's the place for him to go for Christmas. Merry Christmas.
