コンポスト関連の調べ物をしていて、まずは水切りが必要だと考え、気に入る小さなざるがないか探していました。ホーローを見て、色や大きさの中で検討していたのですが、ふと見た「マルミツウェブストア」さんというサイトで陶器の水切り（コランダー）を見つけました。
色、大きさともドンピシャ。しかもコーヒーの粉や野菜クズを何時間か放置して乾かす目的なのでホーローでは絶対に錆びると思っていたため、陶器というのも良い、と見つけて興奮しました。
それがこちら。先日ミントを注文しました。他のお皿も見ていると素敵なので、ボウルも追加で。早速使っていますが、いやあ、心躍る色合いで嬉しいです。
こういう出会いは一期一会。出逢いに感謝。大事に使います。
When searching the best way to compost on our balcony in Tokyo, I came to realize I should get a colander to drain water from composts. I wanted to get something looking nice and small and for some time, I thought an enamel one would be the thing, but finally I found a ceramic colander on the website called Marumitsu.
I loved the color and size. An enamel colander would have been rusty if I leave wet composts for hours, so actually the ceramic thing is perfect.
This is it. My color is mint. I also ordered another bowl since everything looked sweet. I started using them and am very happy I spent quite some time to find them.
These encounters are serendipitous. I will cherish them.
