娘ともども大好きなネットフリックスの『クイアーアイ』、今シーズン６を見ているのですが、これ美味しそう、と思ったのはアントニーが作ったカリフラワーステーキ。
カリフラワーは炭水化物の代わりとしてアメリカでは一般的になっていますが、今回見たのは、大きくスライスしたカリフラワーを焼くと言うもの。スパイスで味付けしたら立派なメインメニューです。
わたしがこの番組を好きな理由は、ファブ５のみんな、依頼者の人間性を見つめてその人のためになんとかしようとする部分です。割とマイノリティーに視点を当てているところはいいな、と思います。彼らだって今みたいな人気者になるまでに、きっと辛い思いをしていることでしょう。実際、人によっては番組内でその想いを吐露したこともあります。でも、そんなことを微塵も感じさせずに、今、できることを精一杯しようとする彼らの姿勢にこちらも勇気づけられます。
ちなみにわたしの一押しは、ジョナサンです。ジョナサンの仕草のチャーミングなこと！そして最近はワンピースが多いですが、性格を知るにつれ本当に似合っていると感じ、服の自己表現の基本は「自分が着たいものを着ると自然に服が自分に近づく」んだなと思います。

Why I like the show is Fab 5 try to do their best to make each nominee's life better. They also often pick minorities. I am sure they have gone through a lot before becoming popular like now. Some have told about those experiences in the show, but how they are is so encouraging telling us we can make things better.
My favorite is Jonathan. How charming he is! Jonathan wears dresses lately and they suit him so well as I know better about his personality. He also tells me clothing is one of the self-expressions and when you wear what you want to wear, clothes tell about you.
