今日はバレンタインデー。わたしはバレンタインデーはアメリカ式が好きなためわたしからチョコレートは用意しないのですが、子どもがパパにあげたいというので小さなチョコレートだけは買いました。それは子どもたちからパパへ。大きなのにしようと言われましたが、甘党の夫はチョコレートを日常的に食べているので小さいのにしました。ハート型のメッセージを、わたしと夫に用意してくれました。
そして、サプライズが。子どもがわたしへ花を買ってくれていました。鉢植えの、ピンクの花。冗談で、ママは花がいいよと言っていたのですが、お小遣いで買ってくれたようです。大事にしないと。
Today is a Valentine's Day. I like the American way so I don't buy chocolate for my husband, but the kids wanted to give him chocolate so we bought a small pack. That's for my husband from the kids. They actually wanted to buy a big box but my husband loves sweet things and he eats chocolate every day, so I picked the small one. They also wrote us heart-shaped messages. Sweet.
One surprising present for me. The old one bought me a pot of flowers. Pink flowers. I was joking I'd like flowers, but she really bought me the flowers. I will take care of it.
