夫の誕生日が近づいてきて、子どもたちとどうするかを色々話しています。一つは、先日わたしが割ってしまったミルクフローサー。でもこちらは、わたしが割ったので、これだけだと申し訳ないので、ハイキングシューズの修理かホテルのビュッフェで夫が大好きな甘いものを食べるかを検討し、体験を取ることにしました。
季節柄、今いちごフェアをやっている場所が多いと思うのですが、ホテルもいちごフェアをやっているところに絞りました。車で行けるところで、一泊してゆっくりできれば、と思います。
夫には宿泊することだけ伝えています。ホテルのレストランには予約時、誕生日なのでプレートがあればお願いしたいと書いておきましたが、対応してもらえるかどうか。
ホテルに行くとき、カードもこっそり忍ばせて部屋に置いておこうと思っています。喜んでもらえるかな。
My husband's birthday is coming up and my kids and I have been planning how to celebrate the date. One of the presents is the milk frother beaker I broke. But this is something I broke so I should get something more. After a long discussion with the kids, we decided to celebrate him at the hotel with buffet including lots of desserts. The other option would've been getting his hiking shoes fixed, but this time, I want to give him an experience.
It's a strawberry season so there are many hotels with strawberry themed buffet. I booked the hotel with that. We will go there by car, stay there for one night to rest.
I told my husband about the hotel stay only. I hope the restaurant can arrange a birthday plate since I sent them a request when booking.
We will secretly take a card too so that we can leave it in the hotel room. I hope he will be happy.
