かなり暖かい日々になってきました。バルコニーの紫陽花は、新しい葉っぱがわさわさと伸び、冬全ての葉が枯れたビバーナムにも小さな新芽と花に見える部分であろうものが見えるようになり、水仙やチューリップの茎がどんどん成長し、春の兆しがそこかしこに見えます。
今日は、去年の秋以来、初めてバルコニーに座って読書をしました。気持ち良い風を感じました。小さなスペースですが、やはりわたしの特等席。今年も植物の成長が楽しみです。
It's been getting quite warm. The hydrangea on the balcony has new leaves and the viburnum with no leaves during the winter also have small leaves and flower looking parts coming out. The stems of our daffodils and tulips are growing quick. Signs of spring everywhere!
I sat on the balcony for the first time since last fall. The wind was soft and warm. It's a small space but my favorite. I am so looking forward to the growth of the plants.
