1、２週間前から、目や肌がかゆくなり始めました。花粉じゃないかなと思って今す。まだこんなに寒いのに、花粉は飛び始めているのか……。
花粉症との付き合いも小学生の頃からなので、もう40年になります。日常生活が送れないほどひどくないので薬も使っていないのですが、かゆい日々は続きます。多分、春が一番肌のコンディションが悪いと思います。
季節によって変わる体調、整えながら行きたいものです。
My eyes and face have been itchy since a week or two go. I am suspecting pollens are flying around. It's so cold and pollens are flying...?
I have had a hay fever for 40 years. It's not so bad that I cannot function daily activities without medicine, so I don't use anything particular, but it's still itchy. I think my skin condition is worst in spring.
I want to see how my skin goes.
