ウクライナとロシアの間の争いも止まぬ間に、ガザの戦火もその勢いが止まりません。報道で知る、入院中の赤ちゃんが次々に命を失っているという事実。亡くなる大半が女性や子どもという事実。戦争は、いつだって、ただ普通に生きたいと願う市井の人々が犠牲になるのです。
私たちが当たり前と思っている平和や権利は、当たり前ではなく、先人たちが戦い得てきたもの。そのことを噛み締めながら、日常を送りたいものです。
While the war between Ukraine and Russia is still on, the war in Gaza continues to flame up. I am saddened to learn facts like infants dying in hospitals or a majority of people killed is women and children. During war, normal people who wish to have a normal life are sacrificed.
I do not want to forget we should not take it for granted of peace and rights we have. Our predecessors fought to take.
